13 March 2014 Can an employee claim HRA exemption where his family resides though his job location is in another city?

for example, Mr. X is an employee in ABC Ltd., Jhansi and he lives in company premises or in a rented house. However, his family lives in Indore. Can he claim rent paid by him for indore?
