I live with my mom in bombay, the house belongs to her, can i pay her rent and claim HRA for the property shared by my mom and my family, the rent for the flat in this building is 50000/- rs can i claim full HRA as my HRA is more than that or since i share it wit my mom should take HRA as 25000/- , if i take full 50000/- any objections can arise in income tax
