25 March 2009 After qualifying CA i am working in a company from last three year. I have got enough exposure about accouting, Auditing, Corporate Tax, FBT, Service Tax, VAT, Excise etc.

Now i am looking to switchover in practice field. I don't know how to start it? From where i will get work? How to start partnership with existing firms?

If any one will give me feedback i will be thankful.

25 March 2009 Best way to step into practice is to join with existing CA firm and have insight yourself.

28 March 2009 Almost every Senior CA in practice will be ready to add a new partner. So there is no problem if you want to join an existing firm.
