How to reply for a notice of income tax

24 April 2016 Dear sir,
I had receive a notice for non filing of income tax return for assessment year 2014-15 now on current date 24th aprial 2016 how i can file a income tax return. In said notice for ay 2014-15 also a tds of rs 11100 is deducted u/s194 c.there is no any section mention in notice under which i can file return and also on income tax web site in my account a compliance is arise.
please reply for said problem as early as fast.

24 April 2016 Respond to the compliance as return under preparation in the income tax web site. File return online by selecting the option return filed in response to 142(1).

24 April 2016 Disagree with the expert's reply. This is a Compliance query not a Notice U/s 142(1), both are two different things.

24 April 2016 But sir the notice is for Non filling of. Income. Tax return for ay 2014-15 so how i can file. Return u/s 142.

24 April 2016 Yes you can not file Income tax return for AY 2014-15 now date has over, you can file compliance response only regarding this.

Only compliance response is enough and no other action or responce is required.
And i need also your guidance sir in compliance response which option should be selected.
