How to rectify late return?

I have fied return of HUF for A.Y 2013-14 on 31.10.2013 and claimed one expense for two time from IFOS income by mistake and file e-return itr3 now as I have filed late return mostly I can't revise it......
so kindly suggest me how can I revise or rectify it..
need your suggestion

you can rectify the mistake once the 143(1) or 143(3) order is issued.
