How to download the e form for revised return

Can anyone help me by depicting the procedure of downloading the e form for Revised Return from the website of www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in or any other govt.website at free of cost.

Because today I tried to file my revised return but at the time of uploading the xml. form an error occurred and I was advised by a system generated message to use Revised R Form.I searched for the form but I could not find it in the above mentioned website.

11 January 2012 Download the Normal Excel File , in that file in the Part1 Where are name, Pan, address is to be mentioned there is a Field : Type of return - Choose Revised from the drop down menu and also fill the acknowledgement number of original return.
