How to deposit demand raised under section 154

Hello,
I submitted my income tax return for assessment year 2013-14 on ITR-1 electronically.
IT had to return Rs. 1053 to me but I received a Intimation under section 245 stating that outstanding amount has been adjusted against the outstanding demands.
The details of demand raised are as follows
The outstanding demand pertain to AY - 2009-10
Demand raised under section - 154
Demand raised date - 01-05-2012
Demand outstanding - 2300
Demand uploaded by - Jurisdictional AO
I want to deposit this demand of Rs. 2300 by AO.
How much money I have to deposit, do I have to deposit 2300- 1053 = Rs. 1247?
Where to deposit the money?
How to inform AO and CPC that I have deposited the money?
