How to claim mega exemption of 10lac

28 April 2016 Hi,
Pls advice me how to fill ST-3 to claim Mega Exemption of 10 Lac. While filling ST-3, it is automatically calculating tax and no option to nullify the tax liability.

Is the taxable turnover to be disclosed NIL upto 10Lac or is there any other way.

28 April 2016 Select Yes in column A 11.1 and A11.2 select Notification No. 33/2012 and sl No. 1.

28 April 2016 Sir, it is still asking for applicable rate of tax and Tax payable is being calculated automatically. It should come zero but it is not so.
