Pls tell how to calculate share premium rate on balance share? following is the data for your reference:
Auth Capital: 20 cr
issued, subscribed & paid up: 16,36,36,000/- @ RS.10 each
R&S: Rs.26,74,99,902/-
Share Application money: Rs.74,25,00,000/-
Secure loan: RS.1448057237/-
Unsecured loan: rs. 36,69,860/-
Misc exp.: RS.19,29,968/-
If you require any more details pls I will send the same.
