Sir please guide how i file Quarterly excise Return under Rule 7 for manufacturer's depot, whether ONLINE or MANUAL and in which form

First of Mfg ll be file his Excise return is monthly. Dealers only file quarter return.
Excise returns only filing in online based return no manual and no revised
