Housing Loan getting deduction in 80C and interest deduction get in house property. if i taken the topup of house property loan then i get both the deduction or only get principal deduction.

If the top up is not for repairs/ renovation, benefit of both sections can be availed. Otherwise benefit of section 24(b) alone can be availed.
