prperty owned by Ramasamy and his wife and owner of the property jointly signed to take loan for housing construction.At present owner of the property deducted housing loan and interest ,whether correct or not

what is the share of ownership? The deduction can be claimed as per the % of ownership

100% ownershipof the property Mr.Ramasamy ,Only Housing loan in the name his wife joint holder
