house rent rebate

I am salaried and my basic pay is Rs. 31790/-. I am getting HRA and living in rented house. how can I get rebate in income tax.

Least of the following will be allowed as HRA deduction:
(i) Actual HRA received
(ii) 40%(non metro) or 50%(metro)of Basic Pay
(iii) Rent paid - 10% of basic.
