08 December 2012 I have two homes on my own name. Out of which one was purchased in Feb'1996 and the other one in March'2002. Now i want to sell my earlier home to my wife legally. Can i sell it ? Can my wife obtain home loan for said transaction ? What is the cheapest way of transfer ?
