I want to know A to Z informatioin about creation and working of HUF ? From Where can i get this ?

You will hae to buy a good book on HUF i.e. Nabhi Publication or Taxmann.
If you want to form HUF then you need to open a bank account and declare eldest member as Karta and others as Coparceners.
