can any one tell me pre - employement health checkup is also inclued or not included in health services? any abedement health services is allowed or not ? if allowed than tell me about rate?

The payment made for pre-employment check up will not be covered under "Health Check up and Treatment services" since there exists no relationship of employee- employer between the person and the business entity making payment.
