I a going to join one of the firm as a partner as a full time.
So, i have a doubt that can i continue my prop. firm or not, because i ma going to join this firm as a full time.
can i put my prop. firm on silent basis or not.

You will have to close your CA proprietorship firm before you join any other CA firm as a partner.
