i am providing buses to Ahmedab municipal corp. on rental bases. All the expenses like driver's salary, oil and petrol expenses are borne by me. Whether this is liable to VAT as per section 2(23)(d) .

when you purchase OIL & Petrol its already added vat. no need to do any other exercise
