First Of all thanks for your reply and guidence for my previous query but sir i need your help for same issue. here you have mentioned the slab of tax rates for Salary and Wages but i want the slab for LIC Commission Agent so Kindly help me out.

Respected Sir,

Here i am in need of your expert knowledge that recently there is an amendment in Gujarat Professional Tax ct 1976 with notification no Rate of tax from 1-4-08 refer Noti No. (GHN.10) PFT-2008-S-3(2)(3) Th dt 1-4-08, there is vast change in Rates of tax and the Act is silent about the Minimum limit of Rates so

please do co - operate for same and let me inform the latest slab of Tac rate.

Can you explain, that you have asked for Professional Tax slab rate for LIC Commission Agent in your last query as i pasted above.
