i want to know that what gudance notes are in syllabus for c.a final new course applicable for may,2010 exams & also please give me name of a reference book

Hi Dev, Guidance notes are not lengthy like accounting standards. Download all guidance notes from icai.org n read all guidance notes which were applicable for Nov 2009 exams. Institute will decalre GN applicable for May 2010 exams in Feb-March 2010. Hardly there will be 2-3 more guidance notes than the last exam. u don't need any book for d same.
