24 October 2011 Is it mandatory to include jobwork / repair charges etc. in GTO in the DVAT / CST returns? If yes, what are the consequences of not submitting these figures in DVAT / CST returns but including the same in ITR of respective year?

24 October 2011 Mr Author,
Receipts in respect of job work(labour charges) and repair charges without involving any replacement of parts or consumables such as changing engine oil, gear oil etc(not involving any consumption of material)need not be included in the gross turnover,in DVAT and CST Acts.
