GST (RENT BILL - OUT OF STATE )

Dear Expert,
i have a query regarding billing.
As i have property in U.P. and which i have rented out for office purpose to the company in U.P. but company is registered in Delhi.
please guide whether i have to charge IGST OR CGST/SGST.

Thanks for reply but company is not registered in U.P. so how can CGST+SGST, as company provided me Delhi GSTIN

Your are providing service from UP because immovable property located in up. no issue you can put gstin number of delhi based company.
