Dear Sir/Mam
Plz clarify that If I am a businessman and my turover is 19,00,000 per year but I also received the rental income 1,20,000 in per year. So it is compulsory to me to register under GST.

kk sir but If this rental income for residential purpose not for commercial purpose. so it is also applicable for gst registration

Still you have to obatin registration as definition of agrregate turnover inlcudes exempt Supply.
