06 October 2020 What is the GST rate for residential real estate project i.e. 1% , 5% or 12% ? Can we took ITC ? please suggest.

06 October 2020 GST will be levied at effective rate of 5% without ITC on residential properties outside affordable segment, while GST shall be levied at effective GST of 1% without ITC on affordable housing properties.
