07 May 2018 ONE OF MY CLIENT REGISTERED UNDER GST (AS A WORK CONTRACT OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION) NOW HE WANT TO SELL RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AFTER COMPLETION OF HIS WORK THAN WHAT WILL BE GST RATE ON CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSE ???????????

07 May 2018 but my client registered person and purchase goods like cement, bajari, eat building material and made residential house after completion of house he want to raise invoice than what gst rate will be taken ? i just confused

07 May 2018 GST applicable only on sale of under construction house. Sale of immovable property is exempt from GST.
