27 June 2017 under HSN chapter 28....which deals with Inorganic Chemicals....... 04 deals with gases....
the one you have mentioned is 28041000
Actually for entire 2804 the rate is 18%......like 28042100, 28042910, 28042990, 28043000, 28044010(Which is your entry.....medical oxygen)....right upto 28049000
