if vehicle purchased in name of company so what will be the gst rate with cess for used car? whether gst is applicable

GST applicable if purchased from a registered dealer of second hand cars. Rate same as that of new car.

The GST rates for second-hand car transactions will be the same as the new cars of the same make — 29 per cent for small cars or 43 per cent for all the other cars, if sold by regd. dealer.
If car is purchased from unregistered person, no RCM liability till March 2018.
