GST on sale of completed flats

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If a builder has received a completion certificate for a flat, they generally do not need to pay GST on its sale. This applies if there are no other outstanding developer liabilities. If no GST is applicable, the sale should be declared under exempt sales in your GST return.

12 July 2022 Can you please help me out how much GST a builder is required to pay in case of completed flats i.e he has already received completion certificate , so in that case is he required to pay GST and if yes then how much ? and under what HSN code ?

Thanks

12 July 2022 If there is no other liability as a developer of the plot, then no GST levied over flats having completion certificate.
No levy, so no HSN code...
