A registered cement business dealer sales of cement bags to all urd customers.but all urd customers sales transaction selling to gst registered dealer transactions tax invoice raised show in gstr1 returns.
Question:
Dealer above mentioned transaction fake invoice treatment in gst act.

14 April 2023 The term Fake Invoice is not defined under the GST Act and can be referred to as 'Non-Compliant GST Invoice' which can be well understand as any invoice which do not comply with the provisions of the CGST Act and Rules,2017.
The above transaction not comply with the provisions of GST hence it will be considered as fake invoice.
