19 June 2017 sir, cigarettes taxed at one point. further dealers no need to pay tax. suppose a person trading cigarettes along with other taxable goods. please tell me whether he can obtain composition scheme if his cigarettes turnover is around 50 lakhs and other turnover is around 10 lakhs. if yes did he need to pay tax on cigarettes turnover also. plz help.
