25 August 2011 The assessee may have some reason to agitate the findings of the assessing officer. It may be on account of certain precedence or by way of their own interpretation of the facts. Those things should be attached as 'grounds of appeal' but care should be taken while drafting so that it should not be in an argumentative nature.
