16 December 2010 Dear All

A Ltd Company having business unit (sister concern) “B”

B Company closed due to no profit/something

My question is that so many employees in “B” company working from past 3 yrs
And B Comp shifted their employees to “A” Ltd.

After 2 yrs employees able to claim their Gratuity or not ?

16 December 2010 Legally speaking both A & B are a separate legal entity.

So, on closure of B, its employee can claim the gratuity.
