I have joined in a Company on CTC. They mentioned gratuity as part of my CTC and also deduct it on monthly basis and shown it also on my salary slip.
1. Is it allowble to deduct gratuity from the salary every month?
2. Will I be eligible to get the gratuity amount if I leave the organization before 5 years?
3. What benefits can I take

1. gratuity is a very well part of your CTC and is deductible on your salary.
2. no, continuous serving of 5 years is required.
3. income tax benefit on entitlement of same is available to u.
