My query is regarding whether EC/SHEC are exempt by virtue of exemption notification no 18/2014 when goods r cleared from EOU to DTA??

You can cleared the goods from EOU to DTA with payment of excise duty not more than 50% of the FOB value with the posetive of NFE.
