sir my friend he is completed 1 year and 4 months of his article ship but could not joined GMCS I some reason was there now he want to do the GMCS can he do that or any fine or rules is there. kindly give me correct answer and good advise...or related information

as of date, there is penal provision for completion of GMCS-1 after the period of 1 year...regardless, please finish it as early as possible...
