18 January 2014 I have cleared CA in nov13 attempt and now looking forward for campus interviews but i have not done GMCS till now. Is it compulsory to complete GMCS before applying for campus interviews????????

18 January 2014 yes...to be eligible for campus placement, you need to complete GMCS and articleship by 30 April 2014.

19 January 2014 there is no preference here..it is a procedural requirement..however, yes, if your articleship and GMCS is over, some employer may prefer you over others where urgent hiring needs are there.
