Hello everyone, I just wanted to know the consequences of not completing GMCS-1 within first year of articleship.

Dear Ronit,
as of now, no consequence have been prescribed by ICAI. So nothing is known as of now. So try and finish the GMCS as the earliest possible.

icai havent provided any penal provision at present but will soon may come out with.
