Generation of form 16a

my brother is doing poultry form business. he is TDS amount 2014-15Y 6000 and TDS amount for 2015-16 AY 9,200 .
My problem is he lost TDS certificates ( form 16a) somewhere , how to generate ?

You can check the details of TDS from 26AS but you can not generate a form 16A yourself. You need to request the deductor for a copy of form 16A.
In any case you can claim the TDS credit while filing Income Tax Return based on your form 26AS. Form 16A is not required to be submitted with the return.
