Dear Experts,
one of my friend is about to recieve amount from USA, which was actually deposited in the bank by his father & it has now matured , while he was working at US.(Now he is no more)& he has nominated his son,i.e.(my friend)?, now my question is what is tax liability in India, if he recieves the same.
Kindly let me know the taxes if any at the earliest, it is very urgent

on Succession of Father, No Where Tax Liablity Arise. Even Funds from Out of India.
