Freight on material purchase

If material purchase from GST registered dealer and the freight charges by the such dealer on material purchase less then Rs. 750. Not GST charge on such freight? is it correct?

No. It's not correct if he add the freight in invoice the he ll be collect Tax on the bill based....

But sir the freight is below Rs. 750 which is exempt under GST!!
