Sir can u please tell me what are the forms for filing service tax return

DUE DATE OF FILING SERVICE TAX RETURN IN ST3 IS--
FOR 1ST HALF - 25TH OCTOBER
FOR 2ND HALF - 25TH APRIL.
You can file the return after due date also but you will have to pay penalty. Also remember that Service Tax Return can be revised only once within 90 Days of filing of the Original return.
