Dear sir,
There is one partnership firm having 9 partner. one partner is dead. in place of them their legal heir i.e. daughter entered as new partner.kindly send me the draft for supplementary deed for enter new partner in place of dead partner

Partnership dissolves on the death of the partner. New partnership deed has to be entered including the legal heir as partner.

NO SIR, PARTNERSHIP WILL NOT DISSOLVE ON THE DEATH OF PARTNER. IF THERE IS A CLAUSE IN PARTNERSHIP, THE PARTNERSHIP CONTINUES WITH REMAINING PARTNERS.
