Hi everone, I want to know what are all the formalities to dissolve a partnership of practising chartered accountants.
I want to know the formalities to be done with the institute in relation to this.

It is regarded as Firm in IT so all the provisions which is applied to firms are applicable here. additionally you need to give notice to CA Inst in this regard.
