Form to avoide tds

04 July 2015 Friends my Total income (Income from house property) is less then exemption limit but my client (Bank) is deducting TDS, for which i have to claim refund every year.
Is there any way by which i can stop this deduction???

04 July 2015 You can't stop this deduction, there is no way except file the return and claim refund.
