We have sold some goods to a Dealer of Delhi but not sent him information about dispatch from our factory so he has not filled form T2 and goods reached at his shop now he is saying that he will not give us form C what is the remedy for us
is there any penalty for not filing form T2 and remedy if he wants to file t2 after goods received

The submission of T2 form on line has to be done with the mutual coordination of the buyer and the seller. It is the buying registered dealer of Delhi who has to use his user id to open the form from the web site,take the necessary information from the selling dealer and fill it.After filling the T2 completely the same has to be forwarded to the selling dealer,who has to carry a copy of it along with the vechicle carrying such interstate purchased goods.A consignment being received without T2 craetes more problem to the buying dealer. Even afterwards he can create a T2 forrm by filling all detais such as invoice ,vehicle reg,no. etc. There is no penalty for entry made without T2 without being caught. If intercepted on the way without T2 some fine can be levied by intercepting team.T2 form is raised only to record an interstate movement of goods and nothing more. It can be done belatedly also.Without this the dealer can not sell these goods in Delhi area.So, you may ask the buyer of Delhi to raise the required T2 form and take print of it for his reference and issue 'C' form also to you....mjk
