How can i claim the refund of excess paid TDS through Form No.30 which one is not shown on NSDL website

The form is available in www.incomtaxindia.gov.in.
open the above site.
go to the bottom of the window. Click "all forms" icon.
List of forms will appear.
select form 30.
download.
