our salary structure is basic+hra+conv.
mecial allowance is not shown spreatly.
then pl. advice me to i can take rebate of medical allowance of rs. 15000/-

medical allowance is fully taxable.
Medical reimbursement upto Rs. 15000/- per annum is exempt under income tax.

about med. reimb.
if your amount of med. reimb. is excess to 15000/- then excess amount you have to shown in 12BA form and also add to gross salary. otherwise below Rs.15000/- no need to add. in total salary.

Agreed, Remibursement in Excess of Rs.15000/- will taxable as perquisities.
