As per the section 179(3)(g)the company is required to file MGT-14 with in 30 days from the date of approval of finencial statement and board report.

Agree with the opinion of expert.
No need to attach financial statement or directors report etc with MGT.14. Simply attach board resolution for adoption of accounts with mgt.14 and file within 30 days of board meeting.
