28 September 2010 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please see my basic query in Form ITR-4 (Individual Tax Audit Assessee) :

Where do I fill the following item ?

1. Mediclaim Insurance paid
(already debited in P & L)

Ans : ................

Can I fill in Part-A OI - Field 6.o.
Any other disallowance ?

(Already, this was claimed under Section 80D to the extent of Rs.15000/-)

2. Interest on Housing Loan (already
debited in P & L)

Ans : ................

Can I fill in Part-A OI - Field 6.d. Any amount of interest paid in respect of borrowed capital ?

29 September 2010 1.The appropriate field, as per my understanding ,is field 7a of Part A-OI of ITR-4.
2.Field 6d of Part A-OI of ITR-4 is the appropriate field.
