I have incorporated a Pvt Ltd company very recently. But the e-filed form INC 32 is misplaced and lost. Is there any way out to get a copy of the said form from MCA
portal. Be kind enough to give the procedure also.

You can get the above form if you do Public Inspection of that company by paying fee of Rs. 100/- at MCA Portal.
